Somewhere between a fever dream and a Tuesday morning, there exists a forest. It doesn't have a name on any map — mostly because maps are for people lost. At least the forest and its denizens believe that.
Six creatures live there. They didn't choose each other. They just woke up one day and everyone else was already there. Now they're family. Regrettably.

Cosmic. Ancient. Watching with eleven eyes and saying absolutely nothing. Pronounced Mos — the A is silent, like her opinions. She has many.

Excellent at showing up after the hard part is done. A true artist — if art is mostly just timing and a very confident entrance.
Perpetually On Fire. Emotionally Too.
Has strong feelings about everything. Expresses all of them. Immediately. Has never once been told to calm down and actually calmed down.
Old. Crusty. Surprisingly Intelligent.
Has a basic, logical, intellectual grasp on most things — which surprises everyone every single time. Has seen things. Will bring them up at the worst moment. Will deny it.
Slow. Deliberate. Unbothered.
Moves at her own pace. Arrives when she arrives. Has never once been early and has never once apologised for it. Respect.
Always Smiling. That's the Problem.
Nobody knows why he's grinning. He's always grinning. The others have stopped asking. Some things are better left as mysteries.
